Returns Policy

All of the items are made to order. If the reason for the return is due purchased the wrong item, such as the wrong year, make or model, and color difference. You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for an 80% partial refund. Or a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the replacement order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to accept your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Returns & Replacements

All returns must receive prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return shipping within 14 days. Packages received by Lseat.com. Without prior approval and RMA number will be refused. Return shipping and insurance are the customer's responsibility. All returned items must be received in new condition. Examples that render a product non-returnable include, but are not limited to: evidence of attempted installation and parts bent, broken, creased, scratched, soiled, melted, or discolored. Also, we will not accept returns for any items that have been altered, painted, repaired or for any reason that has rendered the product non-returnable.
